The male incontinence pouch allows the user to sealingly insert the penis through an adjustable opening into a cavity defined in the pouch device. The pouch provides access to enable the person to pull the penis, that has been partially inserted, through the opening, if necessary, and place the penis in a proper position inside the pouch. An upper portion of the upper section may have an adhesive section applied thereto. When the entire penis is properly inserted through the opening, the excess segment of the under section can close the pouch by attaching the segment on the adhesive section. This attachment is leak proof.

The present invention relates to an optimally designed female incontinence shield - sanitary napkin intended to give its wearer protection without application difficulties and is thus riably non-leaking with a high level of comfort without seals that chafe against the body and designed to the natural triangular female anatomical shape at the urinary organ. This is achieved in accordance with the invention in that liquidproof layer (2) located across the absorption body (3) has been preconfigured (4) in its shape such that it forms a liquidproof surface (7) lying overlapped across the absorption body´s (3) bottom edge surface (5) and side edge surfaces (6).Also in that the vertical bottom seal (9) can be integrated with the seal line (8) in the Y-Z plane.
